Budget Feature

We’re excited to introduce the Budget feature on Foodics BI! You can now upload your budget or target revenue for the year and compare it with your sales data. This feature allows comparisons against Net Sales, Gross Sales, and Net Sales with Tax.

New Report: Budget vs. Actual

The Budget vs. Actual report is now available to help you analyze performance. Need something custom? We’re happy to create custom reports on request!

How to Upload Your Budget

1. Navigate to Settings → Budget.

2. Select your Business and Year.

1. Press Upload XLSX.

2. Download the provided template.

3. Fill in the template, export it to XLSX, and upload it.

Once uploaded, visit the Budget vs. Actual liveboard in Lite Mode to start analyzing your data!

How to Edit a Budget

1. Navigate to Settings → Budget.

2. Select the Year with an existing budget.

3. Press Edit on the top right.

4. Upload the updated XLSX file.
