How to Create a Schedule

Follow these steps to create a schedule for sharing liveboard insights:

Step 1: Verify Admin Access

  • Ensure you are an admin in your organization.

  • Check if the Settings tab is visible in Pro Mode to confirm your admin status.


Step 2: Navigate to the Desired Liveboard

  1. Go to the liveboard you want to schedule.

  2. Click on the burger menu (three vertical dots).

  3. Select "Schedules" from the dropdown menu.


Step 3: Enter Basic Information

  1. Enter a Name for the schedule to identify it easily.

  2. Add a Description to provide context about the schedule.


Step 4: Select Recipients

Choose who will receive the scheduled report:

  • Group: Send to the whole organization.

  • Users: Select individual users.

  • External Email: Input an external email address.


Step 5: Set Frequency

  • Choose how often the schedule will run:

    • Hourly

    • Daily

    • Weekly

    • Monthly

    • Custom Minutes (specify interval)


Step 6: Configure Time Zone

  • Set the time zone to ensure accuracy. For Saudi Arabia, select Riyadh.


Step 7: Select Export Format

  • Choose the format for the exported file:

    • PDF (recommended for readability).


Step 8: Advanced Settings

  1. PDF Options:

    • Content: Select the full liveboard or specific sections.

    • Tabs: Include specific tabs in the report.

    • Layout: Choose between portrait or landscape.

  2. Gating Condition (Optional):

    • Set triggers for sending the report (e.g., send only if net sales exceed 40,000).


Step 9: Preview the Final Email

  • Review how the email will appear to recipients to ensure everything is set up correctly.
