How to Manage Schedules

Follow these steps to effectively manage your schedules for liveboard reports:

Step 1: Access Schedules

  1. Navigate to Settings > Email Schedules to view all existing schedules.

  2. You will see a list of all schedules created for your organization.


Step 2: View Schedule Details

  1. Click on a specific schedule to see its details.

  2. Use the burger menu (three vertical dots) to perform the following actions:

    • Edit: Modify the schedule's settings, recipients, or other configurations.

    • Pause: Temporarily stop the schedule from sending reports.

    • View Run History: Check the past instances when the schedule was executed.

    • Delete: Permanently remove the schedule if it is no longer needed.


Step 3: Manage Schedules from a Liveboard

  1. Alternatively, you can manage schedules directly from a liveboard:

    • Open the liveboard.

    • Click on "Manage Schedules" to view and modify schedules associated with that liveboard.
