Sharing Visualizations and Liveboards

Sharing your insights through visualizations and liveboards allows for seamless collaboration and communication. Follow these steps to share effectively:

Sharing Visualizations/Answers

1. Create and Share a Visualization

   • Design your visualization and share it directly with another user.

   • The recipient will find the shared visualization under their Answers tab.

2. Share Discoverable Answers

   • For visualizations marked as discoverable, share a link.

   • The recipient can access the visualization after logging in to their account.

Sharing Liveboards

1. Create and Share a Liveboard

   • Build your liveboard and share it from its profile page.

   • Users with access will find it under their Liveboards tab or the Custom Liveboards tab.

2. Enable Discoverable Links

   • If the liveboard is discoverable, share a link for easy access.

   • For non-discoverable liveboards, users must be granted direct sharing access.
