We are excited to unveil the latest features and enhancements in Foodics BI v1.2! This update is packed with improvements to collaboration, usability, and reporting capabilities, helping your team make smarter decisions, faster.

Key Features:

  • Admin-Only Access: Only admins can create and manage report schedules to maintain control.

  • Scheduling Options: Manage schedules easily through the Settings section.

  • Distribution: Send reports to internal Foodics BI users or any external email address.

  • Customization: Choose any liveboard or specific visualization to include in scheduled reports. Delivered in PDF format for seamless viewing and sharing.

Foodics BI now supports Scheduling Reports to emails, making collaboration and reporting more flexible.

Share Liveboards and Answers

Collaboration just got better with features that enable you to create and share insights effectively.

Key Features:

  • Answers: Design custom visualizations (answers) and share them with your team for streamlined collaboration.

  • Liveboards: Build and share liveboards. Shared liveboards will be accessible to recipients under the Custom Liveboards tab.

Lite Mode

Introducing Lite Mode, a feature designed to enhance usability with a streamlined interface.

Key Features:

  • Collapsible Navbar: Free up screen space by collapsing the navigation bar.

  • Rearrange Categories and Liveboards: Organize your liveboards and categories based on your preferences.

  • Favorites: Mark liveboards as favorites for quick access.

  • Custom Liveboards Tab: Find all your custom liveboards in a dedicated tab.

  • Search Bar: Quickly locate any liveboard using the powerful search functionality.

We’ve added Comparison Liveboards to give you deeper insights into your business performance.

New Liveboards:

  1. Today (Comparison): Compare today’s performance against yesterday and the same day last week.

  2. Yesterday (Comparison): Analyze yesterday’s metrics compared to:

    • The same day last week.

    • The same day of the week last month.

    • The same day of the week last year.

    • The same calendar day last year.

    • The daily average for that day of the week this year.
