Onboarding Process for Foodics Integration
This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully onboard and integrate your Foodics BI account. Follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth setup.
Step 1: Install Your Foodics Organization
Access the Console
Log in to the Norma Console.Select Foodics BI
Navigate to the available integrations and click on Foodics BI.Press Install
Click the Install button to begin the integration process.Enter Owner Credentials
You will be prompted to provide the owner credentials for your Foodics account. Make sure these are entered correctly for a successful connection.Logout from the Console (Optional)
For security purposes, it’s a good idea to log out of the console after completing this step.
Step 2: Add Admins
Add Admins to the Account
After installation, add the necessary admins who need access to the integration. This will ensure they have the permissions needed to manage the data.Check Your Email
Each admin will receive an email notification with login details.
Step 3: Reset Passwords
Reset Admin Passwords
For security, encourage all admins to reset their passwords upon receiving the invitation email. This will help keep the account secure.
Step 4: Wait for Data Sync
Data Synchronization
Once everything is set up, please allow some time for the initial data synchronization to complete. This can take a while depending on the amount of data being processed.
