Quick Tour of Foodics BI
This guide will provide a brief overview of the main features available in both Lite and Pro modes of our platform.
Lite Mode
Live Boards: On the left, you can access different live boards, which populate data on the right side of your screen when selected. You can easily view key metrics such as net sales and customer numbers compared to yesterday.
Favorites: You can add live boards to your favorites for easy access later.
Download Options: Download reports as PDFs or CSV files. You can also present data directly through the platform.
Visualizations: Access various visualizations, such as top products or branch-specific performance.
Logout: The logout option is available at the bottom of the screen.
Pro Mode
Admin Settings: Invite users, adjust settings, and handle administrative tasks.
Custom Live Boards: Create your own live boards by pinning saved visualizations or "answers."
KPI Home Tab: Add and view key performance indicators (KPIs).
Search Data and Reports: Use the "Search Data" tab to create your own reports and visualizations. Save these answers, pin them to live boards, and add custom filters for a personalized experience.
